gphoto 2.5.0 is out, please bump asap as I have issues with gphoto 2.4

Bumped but hard masked due API break by upstream, apps need to be ported, not sure if maybe flameeyes could do a tinderbox run for it...

Since all blockers have been resolved, libgphoto2-2.5.x is now unmasked.
