Ebuild for -r2 contains patch, that fixes incorrect handling of vtund config file, that happens while package reinstalled.

Suggest stabilizing on arches: amd64 x86

Add Proxy Maintainers to CC, because this package is maintained by me through their help.

Arch teams: please add other arches if it is needed. Thanks
