Installing from a clean stage3, installing pcmciautils and after emerge -e world, I run into a problem related in bug #90089

Stage3 have bison installed (and virtual/yacc also) so I guess the problem lies in why sys-apps/pcmciautils is depending on dev-util/yacc rather than the virtual package and avoid file overwrite issue stated in mentioned bug.

OK done for 017 without revbump
