AFPL Ghostscript is now at 8.14 fixing various bugs with anti-aliasing issues, apparently a fix for the IJS issue meaning we dont need that patch anymore, etc. 

GNU Ghostscript is now at 8.01.

bumped afpl to 8.14; we don't have gnu gs in our tree and i don't plan to add it, since it will merge with espgs soon.
