default in src_install includes dodoc, so please use DOCS=( ) instead of dodoc

I am aware of the DOCS variable. This is why I install only additional docs which are not covered by the default src_install function via dodoc.

I don't see why removing
dodoc ChangeLog.shntool src/*.txt
and adding
DOCS="AUTHORS ChangeLog* NEWS README TODO src/*.txt"
is an improvement.

Any compelling reason why I should use the DOCS variable instead of dodoc?
