sci-chemistry/cns-1.3_p5 checksum_failure

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Download cns_solve_1.3_all.tar.gz from http://cns-online.org/download/
2.Place file in /usr/portage/distfiles
3.emerge sci-chemistry/cns-1.3_p5
Actual Results:  
cns_solve_1.3_all.tar.gz is renamed to cns_solve_1.3_all.tar.gz._checksum_failure_.6_2xkl
and emerge fails

Expected Results:  
emerge to continue

I believe there is just a checksum error in the Manifest.
