If I understand Thomas Lübking (bespin dev) right, he won't be releasing anything in the near future. Bespin is IMHO one of the greatest styles (if not THE greatest?) for Qt4/KDE4. Having it only as a live-ebuild in the kde-overlay is a great pity. So I propose to add snapshots to portage. It is not that dangerous, as Thomas really manages to keep his code stable.
