When emerging groff and failing to specify a mirror in make.conf, the default location to download groff_1.18.1-7.diff.gz does not exist anymore (under http://people.debian.org/~ukia/)

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.  Install from stage 1 on Athlon XP
2.  Did not use mirror select
3.  Used bootstrap-2.6.sh
Actual Results:  
Ebuild fails to download groff_1.18.1-7.diff.gz (404 not found basically) so it
quits.

Expected Results:  
It should have found it using a valid URL.

The workaround of course is to specify a distribution mirror but I forgot to do
that so I ran into the download error.

SRC_URI points at gentoo mirrors now
