evolution# is all the bindings for mono/ximian

ebuild builds the library and has been tested, aok.

evolution-sharp 0.3 ebuild

version bump ebuild, added new depends and econf flag to stop open_wr errors.

My attempt at fixing it does not fix it after all. It seems to think that evolution-sharp.dll is in the /var/tmp/evolution-sharp-0.3/image/usr/lib/mono/ directory. When in fact it is in the /usr/lib/mono directory where it belongs. I cant seem to figure out what is causing it.
