A new version of grsecurity is out, the ebuild should be bumped.

I assume you might mean the ebuild for grsec-sources.

If so thanks.. I'm already testing things here local and will 
push ebuilds out for grsec-sources-2.4.25.1.9.14 and 
grsec-sources-2.4.25.2.0_rc5 shortly.

hardened-sources also contains grsec-2.x code so that will need 
some bump love here soon as well.

grsecurity 1.9.14 and 2.0-rc5 have been released for the 2.4.25 kernel. 
Changes in this release include PaX updates, and additionally in 2.0, 
kernel interpretation of inheritance. It is important when you configure 
the new kernel to not simply load an old configuration. There are new 
PaX options that you need to choose for PaX to be enabled. To retain the 
same functionality as before, enable the "legacy ELF header marking" and 
"ELF program header marking", leave MAC system integration set to none, 
and disable soft mode.
