Bug 424143 – kde-base/kdesu should depend on kde-base/kdepimlibs

kde-base/kdesu-4.8.90 from overlay "kde" fails to build if kdepimlibs aren't installed. No idea about previous versions.

Error message during configuration:

   * KdepimLibs  <kdepimlibs>
     KDE PIM Libraries
     Required to build Drkonqi


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. (only if already present) emerge -C kdepimlibs
2. emerge kdesu
Actual Results:  
emerge fails with
ERROR: kde-base/kdesu-4.8.90 failed (configure phase):
 *   cmake failed

Expected Results:  
kdesu should compile fine

This is now fixed upstream, and we should see this in rc2.
