Hello, I have (all versions of) qt in my /etc/portage/package.mask, so I don't want qt based programms. Until now, I could install opera without qt. Today I got: Calculating world dependencies - !!! all ebuilds that could satisfy "=x11-libs/qt-3*" have been masked. !!! possible candidates are: - x11-libs/qt-3.3.0-r1 (masked by: package.mask) - x11-libs/qt-3.3.0 (masked by: package.mask) - x11-libs/qt-3.1.2-r3 (masked by: package.mask) - x11-libs/qt-3.0.5-r2 (masked by: package.mask) - x11-libs/qt-3.1.2-r4 (masked by: package.mask) - x11-libs/qt-3.2.3-r1 (masked by: package.mask) !!! (dependency required by "net-www/opera-7.23-r1" [ebuild]) !!! Problem with ebuild net-www/opera-7.23-r1 !!! Possibly a DEPEND/*DEPEND problem. For me that means opera needs qt.
