Arches please stabilize net-misc/kvpnc-0.9.6a-r1
Target: amd64 x86

This is a zero-day stablerequest, because current stable kvpnc-0.9.6a is completely broken with stable openvpn-2.2. (Does not connect.) The fix is trivial and a corrects a thinko in the code that checks the openvpn version.

(In addition, a trivial build fix for gcc-4.7 has been added.)
