Can we get the default cpu on sparc set to v9? v9 is the minimum 64bits cpu, which is what we only support.

Well, in the profile the default is -mcpu=ultrasparc, so make that instead of v9.

i would like to stop having sparc-xxx get munged and have people use proper sparcv9-xxx for their CHOST.  what is stopping us from doing this ?

Fair enough. Whats required to do this? A change in toolchain.eclass? I'm just saying so i can test wether most stuff works.
