Google seems to have changed the download url of the deb

Google removes the deb files for the previous version every time they release a new one. I just committed the version bump, so this should be fixed within an hour or so.

This bug has reared its head again with version 27.0.1453.47_beta193194. And since new bugs are apparently being resolved as DUPES of this, the current version available from upstream appears to be 27.0.1453.56_beta194414.

Renaming the google-chrome-27.0.1453.47_beta193194.ebuild to 27.0.1453.56_beta194414.ebuild allowed me to download the build.
