Appears that mibII_begemot.c not compiled, but it is needed for libsnmp_mibII.so.3.0.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. write /etc/snmpd.config
2. run bsnmpd
3. grep snmp /etc/messages
Actual Results:  
lm_load: open /usr/lib/libsnmp_mibII.so.3.0: Undefined symbol "op_begemot_mibII"
init dep failed: 13 1.3.6.1.4.1.12325.1.1.1.6 5.109.105.98.73.73
error in config file

Expected Results:  
nothing

Fixed in the tree.
