Swig version 1.3.21 (mainly fixing bugs in 1.3.20) has been out for a while.  Unfortunately, the swig web page is not up to date, so it is not announced there (yet?), but it is available in the download area.  David Beazley says that "SWIG-1.3.21 is a more stable version of SWIG-1.3.20 (just some minor bug fixes)."
