Since there is no version best to use timestamps like 20040218.  See gaim-smileys.  Also this will be going into x11-themes, like gaim-smileys.

Didn't realize Tux came by default.

Anyway your ebuild had a couple of major flaws, especially in the install.  See the ebuild that I've committed.  You don't need to define src_compile() if there is nothing to compile, and the default src_unpack() does what we need perfectly, you just need to redefine ${S}.

x11-themes/amsn-skins is now in portage.
