I updated the {book,guide}.dtd's so they should match with the current Guide/Handbook XML usage. I spent a short look over /doc/en, something about
half of the documents needs updating for dtd validity. (Mostly <license/>)

Very nice work. The DTDs are committed; the doc/en documentation has been checked for validity. Kurt/Pylon will add support for XML-checking into CVS so we shouldn't be able to commit wrong documents.
