Upgrade to emacs-24 breaks app-emacs/ecb

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run emacs -q --eval '(ecb-activate)'

Actual Results:  
The result in *Messages* buffer is:
Setting up CEDET packages...done
For information about GNU Emacs and the GNU system, type C-h C-a.
ECB 2.40 uses CEDET 1.1 (contains semantic 2.1, eieio 1.4, speedbar 1.0.4).
ecb-activate-internal: Symbol's value as variable is void: stack-trace-on-error
