needs_ AutoTrace (already in portage) potrace (is in bugzilla, not in portage yet) J2SE ...looks like a very very good raster to .svg converter and can read many raster formats.
Please look at http://www.gentoo.org/doc/en/gentoo-howto.xml for instructions how to create ebuild files.
i'll try (after the exams next week) ...but i've already failed miserably on making some other ebuild -_-
Created attachment 43130 [details] the ebuild
I tried it and it worked except it needs to be run as root. The problem being that it seems to try to write a file during the conversion to the "img" directory in the installed location. This is the file is wants to write: /opt/delineate/0.5/img/<input file>.ppm Input file being the name of the file you supplied as the input file to be converted to svg.
(this is an automated message based on filtering criteria that matched this bug) Hello, The Gentoo Team would like to firstly thank you for your ebuild submission. We also apologize for not being able to accomendate you on a timely manor. There are simply too many new packages. Allow me to use this opportunity to introduce you to Gentoo Sunrise. The sunrise overlay[1] is a overlay for Gentoo which we allow trusted users to commit to and all users can have ebuilds reviewed by Gentoo devs for entry into the overlay. So, the sunrise team is suggesting that you look into this and submit your ebuild to the overlay where even *you* can commit to. =) Because this is a mass message, we are also asking you to be patient with us. We anticipate a large number of requests in a short time. Thanks, On behalf of the Gentoo Sunrise Team, Jeremy.
