Expected Result:

Allow me to compile with subversion-0.37-r1

I changed the depend in the ebuild to require subversion-0.37-r1 and it works.

rapidsvn has historically been _very_ picky about deps, I made it depend on 
=dev-util/subversion-0.37.0*. Hopefully that works out as new versions of subversion come out.
