I'm still not able to edit the wiki page for gcc-porting, and I just noticed my dev overlay (svn) has the same problem.  I logged out and back in but no luck.  I can edit the toolchain overlay without problem.

The toolchain and gcc-porting repository now offer WIKI_ADMIN perms to any authenticated user.
That means you're able to modify read-only pages such like the wiki index.
