Geany 0.21 Help / F1 first checks its local help directory
for help files, and only then goes to Geany's website.
However, the package configuration sets the local path to
/usr/share/doc/geany/html, whereas Gentoo installs the docs
in Gentoo's standard path /usr/share/doc/geany-0.21/html

To fix the problem I just copied the help files to the path
Geany wanted - I don't think a more elaborate change is needed,
but it might be easier to alter the configuration file setup.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Emerge Geany 0.21
2. While offline, try to access the help file.
3. Fail
Actual Results:  
No help file was found.

Expected Results:  
Help file found.
