Bug 419735 – net-print/cups-1.5.3: build fails due to bashism

net-print/cups-1.5.3/work/cups-1.5.3/install-sh claims to be posix (#!/bin/sh) but use bashism.

quick fix: #!/bin/sh -> #!/bin/bash

I use dash as /bin/sh to ensure that I don't get away with bashism when writing shell scripts.

*bump* can someone commit the fix? The issue is trivial, there is no way something could be wrong with fix, so maybe someone could merge it?

Of course, just wanted to bump it as many bugs with patch included stay unconfirmed and not resolved for even for months. Thanks for applying it!
