Sergey (from Russia) has recently picked up the maintaince of compiz (proxy-maintainers). He is also intrested in netmon related packages, so including them in the CC list too. He has experience on git, C, C++, and PHP according to his answers on ebuild-quiz, which has has almost completed as of today.
