<upstream hat>I know it is far too soon to stabilize it but the current stable does not work for several accounts because of changes on their websites. Please consider marking it stable as the code changes between that and 1.45 are minimal</upstream hat>

Arches please test and mark stable =app-misc/pysmssend-1.48. Last arch please remove 1.45 because it does not work anymore
