As seen in the attached file, pstree shows that each of the 2 perl jobs creates 2 separate make jobs.
I'm unsure whether/where this is a feature/bug, but I realized it torday while building lo.

Until the dmake removal is completed I can't do anything there. It is wether 2xJOBS or 1.

And it seems we won't be able to get this done on 3.6 release. Even tho we are much closer to this goal.
