Is it OK to stabilize =net-ftp/ncftp-3.2.5-r1 ?

If so, please CC arches and add STABLEREQ keyword.

Stabilization of this package has been repoman-checked on the following arches: x86, amd64

I wanted to wait until someone came up with an IPv6 patch (which is the reason why 3.2.3 is still in the tree), but I guess 3.2.5 is as good as or better than 3.2.4.
