app-office/ooodi should test in some way if there is an installation of openoffice/openoffice-bin or openoffice-ximian. openoffice-ximian uses ~/.xopenoffice instead of ~/openoffice for the user data. So, is there a possibility to make this work? At the moment, I have a symlink pointing to ~/.openoffice called ~/.xopenoffice as workaround. But I think there should be a nicer solution like changing paths the sources before compilation if there is an installation of openoffice-ximian. OOodi is quite broken so I at least won't bother fixing it. Anyway, the next release of openoffice-ximian will incorporate a dictionary installer by itself so this will get obsolete anyway
As there is now a own dictionary installer in OOo (and -ximian), I don't think this is necessary anymore, so closing
