Build log

After doing an update, the currently epiphany browser failed to run giving the error:

  epiphany: error while loading shared libraries: libicui18n.so.48: cannot
   open shared object file: No such file or directory

When I tried to rebuild epiphany the emerge failed with unrefernces.
