Evolution 1.4.5 doesn't understand New Zealand daylight savings time, UTC + 13.  As a result, receiving an email from anyone in NZDT shows it as being sent 13 hours after it actually was.  This is a known bug as shown in the URL.  It is fixed in CVS.  Perhaps we can have a patch?

Steps to Reproduce:
1. receiving email from someone in NZDT using evolution
2. notice that evolution says it was sent at an incorrect time




Expected Results:  
Shown the correct time.

in portage. i didn't bump the revision though because the change doesn't seem significant enough to make everyone recompile.
