As per summary please stabilise wine 1.4.
It is stable release after 2 years and it is in testing for 3 months now.

@wine: if you guys agree please CC arches.

Yes, but not immediately. Unless there is a security issue, we generally don't mark any ebuild stable until it's been in portage for a few weeks.

amd64: builds, runs (repoman complains quite a lot about entire tree, I guess that's ok though)
