Please decide whether you want to migrate anything from the SVN repository to the newly created Git ones, and notify us so we can archive it

The original repo consists of three subdirectories:
 * overlays/ is now empty and obsolete. It was migrated by Arfrever as his gentoo-progress[1] overlay
 * projects/ was successfully svn2git'ed to new repos @ git.overlays.gentoo.org and now is obsolete.
 * patches/ AFAIR are not copied anywhere and probably should be kept?

Not sure what we should do with the patches. Might be useful to keep the history around, but if we decide that's useful we should probably also spend the effort to convert it and then keep it up to date with the newer patch sets.
