SWIG-2.0.7 summary:
- Important regression fixes since 2.0.5 for typemaps in general and
in Python.
- Fixes and enhancements for Go, Java, Octave and PHP.

We are some versions behind, need to bump.I'll do it if I find time. If anyone else wants, just do it.
