Closely related app-crypt/ccid ebuild uses `libusb` USE-flag to enable
libusb support, while sys-apps/pcsc-lite employs `usb` flag. This is
confusing when different flags are used for similar things.

I studied the problem a bit more and it turned out that CCID's flag is for USB driver support, not libusb.
