Tim Roberts, author of the savage drivers and the "s3switch" utility, has released a new revision of "s3switch" on his web site.

Unfortunately his releases are all named s3ssrc.zip, so the gentoo mirrors still carry the old version.

Attached is a new ebuild for s3switch as of 2004-02-15 that turns off downloading from gentoo mirrors to get the latest version from Tim's site.

The latest version fixes a bug that prevents switching to TV on my laptop using the S3 Inc. 86C380 [ProSavageDDR K4M266] chipset.

looks fine.
