7z Archive with requested files for a bug report

For a few months already I'm unable to update this Gentoo machine the upgrade of eix doesn't seem to work. The message said I should report a bug so here I am. Please see attached files.

Please post the dmesg output relevant to the process getting killed. This usually means you simply ran out of RAM.

I almost sure that this is an out-of-memory error.
Try to set MAKEOPTS=-j9 to a saner value (at most -j3).

Yes,the VM I was running was out of memory. Too bad the error message didn't direct me to that. Thank you very much for your help and sorry for the trouble.
