libpcap 0.7.2 installs net/bpf.h for userspace programs to use. 0.8.1 does not provide this file and breaks some applications.

This would be fine and dandy if libpcap was slotted, but it's not.

net-libs/libpcap 0.8.1-r1 has been commited to resolve this issue.
