i have performed a emerge syn recently, and when i run 'emerge -avuDNt world', and some packages that seem relevant to glib have failed to build I checked the buildlog and found the errors all went like(take dbus-glib for instance): ./.libs/libdbus-glib-1.so: undefined reference to `g_mutex_unlock' /usr/lib/libgmodule-2.0.so.0: undefined reference to `g_rec_mutex_lock' I cannot reproduce the problem. Please disable ccache and try again. Also, what version of dev-libs/glib do you have installed, and with what USE flags? If it's 2.30.something, did you downgrade from glib-2.32.something recently?
i have checked my /var/log/emerge.log and find 'dev-libs/gobject-introspection-common' was emerged but when i tried to re-emerge it, emerge complained a conflict with 'dev-libs/gobject-introspection' and after i emerged gobject-introspection, everything seems to become fine.
