Since the are no reverse USE dependencies, the ebuild should follow the normal policy for conflicting USE flags instead: Reference: <http://devmanual.gentoo.org/general-concepts/use-flags/#conflicting-use-flags> (Also, why is the new local USE flag called "Xaw", when five other packages already use the "athena" flag for the same purpose?)
