libwacom 0.5 was release 2 weeks ago. The download location changed from the gnome servers over to sourceforge. The attached patch will perform the bump.

Improved patch that also generates the udev rules for the tablets.

Thanks, your report that the upstream changed and that we were failing to generate udev rules was extremely helpful.
