net-analyzer/rrdtool-1.4.5* build system contain automagic dependencies on 
sys-apps/tcp-wrappers ( libwrap.so library)
Refernce - http://oss.oetiker.ch/rrdtool-trac/browser/tags/1.4.5/configure.ac#L517

How to reproduce:
1) Install sys-apps/tcp-wrappers
2) install net-analyzer/rrdtool
3) use lddtre to see depend library and grep in on libwrap
