Comment 3 Donnie Berkholz (RETIRED) gentoo-dev 2004-02-16 00:33:55 UTC
Craig, does it actually DEPEND on ghostscript to build and/or run, or is it just nice to have both?
Comment 4 Craig Bradney 2004-02-16 01:21:56 UTC
Well. it doesnt DEPEND on it to run. Things like Print Preview require it to generate the previews (in fact require gnu gs >= 7.07, but thats the minimum on Gentoo anyway).

Import of PDF uses GS
Import of PS/EPS uses GS
possibly export to EPS... not sure.
