Hello,
I would like to ask a question and I hope I picked the right email
address to submit it to. I am currently developing an application which is
announced on freshmeat and hosted on sourceforge and I wonder if there is
a way to submit this aplication for review by your staff to see wether it
can be included. Is there a way to submit this application to you? I am
relatively new to this so I have no ideea whatsoever about the procedure
that I must undergo. I have picked to write to this distribution since
from what I know it tends to include a wide variety of programs and
software packages.
I have submited this issue since I have previously sent an email to marduk@gentoo.org who told me to submit a bugto bugs.gentoo.org

Thanks,
Rain

Ebuild for pport-0.5k

this is the ebuild for pport-0.5k, I suggest sysapps/pport as portage
subsection.
NOTE : I didn t tested pport yet, because of my poor electronic skills,a friend
is gonna make the interface for me.
NOTE : The ssl support don t works yet, I need to check if I can have support
for AES/SSL .

Ebuild for pport-0.5l

Version Bump :
*) the author corrected the SSL option,the line : sed -i 's,\(#include
<openssl/aes\.h>\),//\1,g' src/pport.c , is now useless,
*) a man page is now avaible.

Hello, The Gentoo Team would like to firstly thank you for your ebuild
submission. We also apologize for not being able to accomendate you on a timely
manor. There are simply too many new packages.

Allow me to use this opportunity to introduce you to Gentoo Sunrise. The sunrise
overlay[1] is a overlay for Gentoo which we allow trusted users to commit to and
all users can have ebuilds reviewed by Gentoo devs for entry into the overlay.
So, the sunrise team is suggesting that you look into this and submit your
ebuild to the overlay where even *you* can commit to. =)

Because this is a mass message, we are also asking you to be patient with us. We
anticipate a large number of requests in a short time.

Thanks,
On behalf of the Gentoo Sunrise Team,
Jeremy.
