gperf 3.0.1 has an option for case insensitive matching, which is very useful.

true that 2.7.2 is outdated but beware of the newer versions
(flex 2.5.4a is 7 years old, well tested and works, flex 2.5.3x is monthes old but is buggy as hell and breaks loads of things)

anyway, putting it in ~arch should be fine, or masking it for a while
