Since I updated my Samba to v3.0 the konqueror can't mount samba-shares anymore (Extras->smbmount current share). It just says "Mounting of share XXX from host YYY failed" (where XXX is the sharename and YYY the hostname). Using samba v2.2.8 this Plugin works quite fine. 
I am using kde 3.2 and had similar errors using kde 3.1.x

still an issue? portage doesn't handle reverse dependencies. try `revdep-rebuild -p`
if it is another problem, reopen please
