New version is new. USE=test passes on 2.5,2.6,2.7. Fails on 3.1 and 3.2. Probably should create a new bug when it lands regarding test failures? Arfrever as usual has more info on the subject: https://bitbucket.org/tarek/distribute/issue/277/distribute-0626-regressions-in-test-suite

I suggest to skip this version and wait for 0.6.27.
