/usr/portage/profiles/default-1.0-gcc3/make.defaults is missing from the archive causing stage1 emerge rsync to fail. See thread http://forums.gentoo.org/viewtopic.php?t=5877&sid=4499763aba8668e132d7fc86f17dc313

Moving these so we can remove the "Install CD" component from "Gentoo Linux".

I apologize to everyone for this spam, but according to the bugzilla developers,
this is the only reasonable way to do this.
