The DEPEND line in the ebuild includes realplayer. While realplayer is probably the most likely thing used with vsound, it is not required.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge vsound

Actual Results:  
Requires (currently masked) realplayer

Expected Results:  
Should not require realplayer

removed the DEPEND and removed vsound from package.mask
